Meet Emily, Customer Relations Specialist here at IMI. She may be a new addition to our team, but the scrap metals business has been in her family for five generations. Now, after spending time in Washington state for college, Emily has returned to her roots in Denver.
Emily was exposed to IMI early, working various summer jobs in our office. Now that she’s back full- time, Emily is training with Senior Buyer Joe Panza. She has quickly realized the importance of diligence, follow-up, and a true customer-oriented business philosophy.
The bottom line: Emily has a deep bond with our family business and an innate dedication to our customer relationships, so she’ll work every day to make sure your trust in IMI lasts well into the future.
